Park City - Bonanza Park

PLANNING

Join us for the third and final Community Meeting

We are hosting the final Community Meeting in the Jim Santy Auditorium at the Park City Library on April 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

This meeting will include a presentation followed by activities and one-on-one conversations to provide your feedback. The planning team will be sharing land use and connectivity recommendations for Bonanza Park.

Phase II Survey Results Available!

The Phase II Online Surveys were a follow up to the Phase II Community Meeting on October 18. The surveys received 250 responses, 81% of which did not attend the second community meeting. The results of these surveys have been incorporated into the Community Engagement Phase II Results presentation available below. Materials on the Phase II Community meeting are also available if you’d like to review those discussions in context of the survey results.

Thank you to the over 150 of you who joined us October 18!

On October 18, the Bonanza Park planning process held the second round of major community engagement. This included a session with high school students, a Bonanza Park site tour with about 50 community members, and an open community meeting.

Phase I Survey Results Are In!

The Bonanza Park Small Area Plan and the 5-Acre Site Feasibility Study both kicked off with surveys open between July 19 and August 4. The results are in, with over 700 responses submitted!
